Pastor Sam Davison
Bro. Davison was saved as a young boy at the age of six. When he was sixteen years old, he attended Silver State Baptist Camp and surrendered to preach after hearing a message from Harvey Springer on Jonah running from God. He married his high school sweetheart, Sandra, in 1966. They both attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri where Bro. Sam graduated in 1967. He served as associate pastor at the First Baptist Church of Del City, OK and in 1974 began pastoring the Bible Baptist Church of Stillwater, OK. In 1990, Bro. Sam moved to Oklahoma City and began pastoring Southwest Baptist Church where he served for twenty years. In 1999, Heartland Baptist Bible College moved to Oklahoma City and Bro. Sam became the president. Bro. Sam continues to travel and preach throughout the country and around the world as well as serving at Heartland. The Lord has blessed the Davisons with three children and many grandchildren.
